The USSV Charitable Foundation Scholarship Committee (USSVCF) announces the 2026-2027 Academic Year USSVCF Scholarship Program for USSVI members and the children, grandchildren, stepchildren, and Guardian children of our members as of October 31, 2025. For 2026-27, a new category of eligible applicants has been added: USSVI members in good standing who seek scholarship funding for trade, technical, career education and apprenticeship programs at accredited institutions (Qualified submarine veterans who are not USSVI members may join by clicking the link: https://www.ussvi.org/).
This USSVCF Scholarship website provides a guided, semi-automatic step-by-step procedure for application for consideration for a United States Submarine Veterans Charitable Foundation Academic Scholarship. Hard Copy applications cannot be submitted. All applicants must use this application process. All applications must be completed and submitted via this website no later than 11:59 PM on May 18, 2026. When a requested entry, such as a duty station is requested and the sponsor is retired enter “Retired” or N/A. Specific notes and instructions are provided as necessary in each segment or Part of the application. Each Student Scholar Applicant must have registered using their full name and personal email address. Any use of family member registration will disqualify the registration. Applicant contact information must be complete.
